Delicious bacon and eggs served in a cup. This is one delicious finger food.
Line each of the holes of the muffin pan with one piece of bacon, circling it around the wall of each muffin hole.
Cut remaining bacon strips into 1 or 2 inch pieces and place on the bottom of each hole.
Take a second muffin pan and place it on top of the first, so that the bacon is nudged in securely and will not fall over when cooking.
Place in an oven or Dutch oven or regular oven at 400 to 425 degrees and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.
Once the bacon has cooked remove it from the oven.
Crack one egg into each muffin hole with the bacon in it.
Place a half a teaspoon of pesto sauce on each egg. It may sink slightly but that's ok.
Cook at 400 degrees or until the egg is cooked.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving, the bacon will be hot so be careful.
Top with a little parmesan cheese.
