Calzone

Deliciously simple and fun to eat and make calzones.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole pizza crust
  • 2 c red pizza sauce
  • 1 c pepperoni
  • 2 c mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° degree F.

  2. Roll out dough into about a 10 to 12 inch round.

  3. Add sauce on half of the round.

  4. Place about half the cheese on the sauce.

  5. Add pepperoni over the cheese.

  6. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the pepperoni.

  7. Pull the other half of the dough over the ingredients to the other edge of the dough. 

  8. Roll the bottom edge of the dough over the top edge and bind together.

  9. Place in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Some ingredients may boil out so make sure you have a pan underneath.
